It’s time again for fun and music at The Greater Dallas Youth Orchestras’ 2008 Summer Music Program. Open to string instrumentalists elementary through 10th grade, this program offers students the opportunity to perform in small ensembles and chamber groups. Each student will enhance their performance skills through rehearsals, sectionals, and theory classes. They will have the fun of learning a variety of music (classical and traditional), mastering the art of accompanying, and working together in ensembles. The program will include a Students Concert on Thursday Evening (7:00 pm), June 26.
